Siemens Agrees to Settlement After Alleged Racism at Sacramento Headquarters


According to a complaint filed with the California Civil Rights Department (CRD), several co-workers allegedly used racist derogatory terms. The employee who made the complaint said they were suspended after reporting it. Now, Siemens Mobility will make changes to protect the rights of future employees.

SoCal Water District Agrees to $200K Disability Discrimination Settlement


According to a complaint filed with CRD, a supervisor allegedly harassed and belittled an employee because of their disability. After reporting it, the employee was allegedly transferred to another unit. Now, the employee will have leave reinstated and receive direct compensation.
